Now That's what an F-50R should look like. How about posting some recordings with it so we can all drool over the tone also?

Dave Van Ronk is lookin' down and he's SMILIN'!

Right you are!

Owning this is a little like standing in the circle at the Grand Ole Opry. Dave Van Ronk, John Denver, Bonnie Raitt, Dan Hicks...

Dem's some big shooz! :p

Don'cha just love those F50Rs? Some of the best intruments ever made.

Congratulations on scoring a beautiful guitar. Enjoy it.

I do love this F-50R, and can't stop playing it, and agree it's one of the best ever. I do like my best friend's Larrivee D-09 too; so far it's the best non-Guild I've played.

I see you have a Goodall. That's one I'd like to try some time, but I'm afraid I might like it too much.

Beautiful guitar :!: BTW - given your name ... your'e not related to te Queen of England are you....

No, though my father was from Edinburgh, and I've got a couple of rugrat Corgis like the Queen. From what I hear, mine are better behaved than hers. :)

Yep, the Goodall is a great guitar. Fit and finish is better than the Guild, overtones to die for. However, if push came to shove and I had to sell one or the other, the Goodall goes first - I like my F50R that much better!

Interesting. I've heard the exact opposite from others, though it's hard to imagine a guitar being that much better than an F50R. :D
