Hello Aerie,
Welcome! Thanks for the link.
One little correction: That's a Guild F-612 that he's playing in that particular video.
Sincerely,
Hans Moust

Welcome, Aerie (with eagle overtones) from another JD fan. In the early 70s I was all over his music, and I guess I still am as far as that goes! Good stuff.Aerie said:Watch John Denver give a clinic on how a Guild F-512 (correction, F-612) is played.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_1LoXYJATyQ

Hello, Aerie.
Happy to see that you have found the Guild Closet Players Association.
They don't let us out very often, but when they do, we have a great time.
Were you a member of the now defunct JohnDenver.Net group?
Seems like I remember someone from there that went by Aerie.
So how do you like your Tacoma Guilds?
As you will soon find out, Guilds are broken into groups here, by where they were made.
I play a Tacoma built D-55 currently and love it.
Pictures are very welcome. Guitar pictures I mean!
By the way, you will find a lot of John Denver fans here.
I'm one myself.
It was John that got me playing acoustic guitar back in the day and it's his music that I play the most, today.
Stick around and meet the rest of the crew here.
We have a great group of folks here, that are very passionate about their Guilds.
