yep :smile:So is that a Black and Tan in the mug or are you goin' fer serial offenses? :biggrin-new:

Black~n~Blue actually, hence the Blue Moon, but I prefer Black~n~Orange with Orange Shandy by Lienenkugel, but it was all gone..burrrrrp

makes for a nice burst effect, don't you think?

....and thanks for the nice comments everyone!:frog:

Cheers

Central MA weather report...cold, 15 degs, light snow maybe two inches on the ground...supposed to be heavy after bedtime...weatherman says get it all up tomorrow by afternoon, cause after snow comes rain then a freeze...whatever is on the ground will STAY on the ground!

Central Florida update: The roads are clogged with snowbirds.

Worked up a sweat mowing the lawn today. At least it's slowed down to only about once a month.

And my orange trees are getting some nice fruit on them. Probably pick in January!

Today I had to wear a jacket when I rode my bike to the first stop on my pub crawl.

Boo hoo.

Thermometer was touching 27 below, when I got up to make coffee this morning. Probably won't finish the snow removal again today.:cold:

We were at +50 this afternoon. That's 70 degrees warmer than when I first reported in a week or ten days ago.

The great finnish winter has been crazy this far. One day it might be -25C and the next it's +3C and raining. You can imagine what that does to roads and yards. Luckily we have some snow around here. I don't like 'em black christmases! I NEVER watch weather reports, I rather look out the window or go outside to check it out.

Last Sunday's field trip started out at 18 degrees. Yesterday's Christmas Bird Count was a delight with 50 degrees and afternoon sunshine.
We also had 120 species for the day! :eagerness:

Mild this week and heading toward snow by the weekend. Must be December!

Warmed all the way up to -3 this morning and had to deal with freezing rain on the windshield all the way in to work. Figure that one out!:confused-new:

I remember a fellow singing....

Well if you're travelin' in the north country fair,
Where the winds hit heavy on the border line....
When the rivers freeze and summer ends, etc.

That seems to say it all about your neck of the world, Terry. :smile-new:

Stay warm,
Joe

Inching my way home in the snow. I almost came up short on a steep hill, but traction control just barely got me there. I need AWD or Florida!

I saw a thin layer of clouds today that prevented the sunlight from shining into my garden while I sat there and read a book. This is bad weather in Southern California.
