Never thought I would see the day. Now that it is legal in Michigan, there's a dispensary on every other corner, I get emails from them, people are even selling bud on Craigslist. Blows my mind.
Neal, this is hysterical because we've had weed for almost 2 years now but it's all government controlled and taxed. They created a real problem with cash vs. cards and .... what a mess and then CA, AZ and everyone around coming for miles to buy this overpriced shit. If they can grow a couple of plants in VA, I applaud your state!! That's true freedom. Even though it's legal here, we get some CBD elixer from a friend and it's illegal. Imagine that? Hooooo boy.....Starting in July of 2021, Virginians can grow four plants in their back yard, perfectly legit. We don’t have legal sales yet, but who needs it?
Four plants, well-tended, can yield close to two pounds of dry bud in the rich, fertile Virginia soil. And that is a LOT of pot!
Literally as easy to grow as tomatoes.
It seems that members of the Virginia General Assembly had absolutely no clue how much pot can grow on a plant under full Virginia summer sunshine. Outdoors. No lights required. No nasty chemicals. Just well-amended garden soil and an occasional drink of water.
