Sheesh, go out of town for one night and I'm lost.
Let's see how far back I need to go to catch up...... :05.18-flustered: Joe

NO JOE!!!! LOOK AWAY!!!!! you will have a low opinion of me if you find out what I had to say about foreign made guitars such as the one you once owned and loved......
Oh... waitaminit! you're one of those with a sense of humor aren't ya?... that's ok then you can look.

So how was your trip, my friend from the opposite end of the country?

One wonders how things might turn out if a certain European country often known for its highly praised wines, cheese and 80's bands branched out into the making of guitars....

To hell with them. Burn'em too. Too pricey.

I kinda like the medieval approach to our little issues more and more.....
Back to basics: keeping it simple.
The issue-solving potential of fire has been underrated for too long.

Oh waitaminnit, you were talkin' 'bout the Italians, weren'tcha?
Shoulda said somethin' 'bout the hot cars then I woulda known.
's too bad the French cars never were as good as their cheese.

Especially since they build the best performing motors in the world! Shame they're only reserved for F1 racing.....

So you're not denying that french cheese outclasses french cars?
Could give a whole new meaning to a "wheel" of Camembert.

I have to admit, Pascal... That sounds awfully good.

(have you seen the new C7?? It might go slightly better with your baguette and purple pants! :)

I have. Saw a couple, one on the road and one on a parking lot... looks awfully good.
The back end is definitely a shock, bringing an end to the legendary round lights and reminiscent of the Camaro's rear end, but I think I can grow into it.
What bothers me the most (and it's a deliberate marketing choice from GM targeting the youth in an effort to expand the demographics among Corvette drivers) is the dashboard and its ugly digital 80's looks.
I much prefer the classy analog gauges of my C6.... (and it's rear end for now :))

Between the Bar and the Jukebox!
on the "deliberate marketing choice" when the Mizzou football team got rid of the block "M" on their helmets and went to flashy graphics, somebody told the coach that the alumni might not be happy about the change. Coach said, "well, I'm not trying to recruit any alumni".
