Responsibly?? I've been home since 5. Also, it's stupid that from our backyard we can see amazing fireworks from 3-4 hotels on the Strip!! And of course the guy down the street stocks up every year.... I've only heard ONE so far.... so either he's dead or his supplier is gone. Anyway, I've seen fireworks and heard them. Keep your pets safe my friends. The parrot doesn't care.... things can go off right outside and he just looks like.... "If you don't care, then I don't care." Imagine??? HNY!!
