Good morning, everybody!
Since I bought my SF4 and few months back, I've been on a bit of an amp hunt. Right now I have a Rivera Clubster. I've been really happy with the amp with a tele and a strat. The 10" speaker reproduces the chimey Fender single-coil sounds well, and I can dial in just the right amount of crunch. At 25 watts it can get plenty loud.
But the Starfire just does not seem to like it as well. I've been assuming that the main problem may be the small speaker and small cab. I've been looking at some of the Fender 1-12 amps, and also thinking of building/buying a 1-12 extension cab for the Rivera.
Anybody here have any recommendations or suggestions? I mainly need good tone and flexibility. (Like, who doesn't, right?)
