I’m mostly interested in the 74 , he’s supposed to send pictures tomorrow and I might get someone from the Canadian guitar forum to check it out. Best thing is they are under my guitar budget
Jared, FYI, that's an arch-back, all-mahogany D-25. This was a transitional time when Guild was using arched (laminated) mahogany for the back but continued using a solid mahogany for the top. I.e., this is before they started using a spruce top for the D-25... This instrument would be very cool to have, but might not sound quite as punchy (or loud) as the iconic D-25 that you're used to hearing -- arch-back with spruce top that is. Anyway, I love this guitar.... I'll bet it you'd love it. Good luck in the hunt.So I’m in search of a new acoustics and there’s three guilds I’m looking at .

It supposed to be set as shown on the ring, to follow the contours of the top of the headstock.
