There are two blond X170's on Guitar Center. The one on sale for $1300 and black pickup adjusting screws look to be SD1 pickups. The expensive one for $1700 looks to be in mint condition. It has gold plated pickup adjusting screws and excellent condition plating in the pickups. Good chance these are HB-1's.

I tweaked my, new to me Guild x-170t. I had a bone nut put on and I had the metal bridge replaced with a rosewood bridge with roller saddles. I also added a Vibramate to make stringing the Bigsby easier. It is strung with D'Addario XL pure nickels 11-48. It sounds great and stays in tune. The luthier put some very thin double stick tape underneath the bridge to keep it from moving when I do Albert King string bends.
What he said, and I'm not even a 'leccie guy!
But I've been readin' enough to bet those mods are makin' a good thing even better!
I like a real woody tone, myself.
