I have only played wonderful instruments out of Tacoma. But none of them were seconds.

Earl,

From the looks of your D55, you'd done good man! :D What a beautiful Ice-Tea Burst!!

Now, you need to make a video, so we can hear it!

Congratulations!

Earl,

Bravo. That thing is beautiful, save for that "little scratch" on the back. Looks more like a smudge to me.

I'll bet you're not feeling apprehensive about buying that guitar now. Nothing better than a little Forum love being heaped upon you for a great score! Well, the only thing better is having your wife saying how wonderful the sound is. That's a bonus score right there! :D

Now I know you just set it there briefly, but I think you might be breaking some unwritten rule about guitar ownership, the one about never leaving your guitar next to the firewood, even for a second. 8)

LOL - you're prolly right. Just put it there for the pics, otherwise it lives in humidified case :)

I don't know guy's,,,, it's an '08 Tacoma!

Tell you what Earl. I'll help you get out from under your purchasing mistake. I'll give you what you paid for it. All you have to do is pay the shipping. Probably the best offer you're going to get for a nasty old '08 Tacoma Guild.

Enjoy that gorgeous D-55 Earl. I'd love to have one just like it.

And if you change your mind I might be persuaded to find some room to store it for a couple of months. What are buddies for?
