For strumming. Mid/late 70’s when the size increased slightly (15-3/8 x 4-7/8?)

Action and playability needs to be good and not require neck, bridge or other significant repairs.

Let me know what you have.
Thanks, Mike

FWIW, I may be putting my '77 on the market soon. The action is fine now, but there's not much saddle left, so it would need a neck reset at some point. I would price it accordingly. (I'll only sell it if another purchase pans out).

I’ve probably contacted or seen most currently on the interweb. Several had undisclosed issues or others wouldn’t give me the info I requested. Because of the inherent issues with older 12’s if i can’t find one locally I’d prefer to work with someone on LTG.

These F112s are special and they're going cheap.

I'm a mite skeptical about that one actually having Brazilian in it.
(The URL looks like it says "1971/Brazilian")
'71's pretty late for that and I don't think I've ever seen it reported on anything but D50's (and D55's?) after '70.
But technically it's possible.

I'm not seeing that...besides, the F112 is not rosewood...suppose it could have a rosewood bridge and/or fingerboard...in any case, the condition is listed as 'fair' so it is likely in need of a reset or would be shortly.

I'm not seeing that...
Ahhh...I see now:
What was showing in the tab was "1971/Bra" ; just like that, cut off, now I see it's "Bradleys" for the seller.
Thought maybe they'd listed it incorrectly and corrected the ad since there was no mention in the actual ad.

besides, the F112 is not rosewood
Was pretty sure about that too but not so sure the seller'd know, or that perhaps there had been an EIR version I'd forgotten about.
(Kinda like the F30R)
When I said "technically it's possible", it was only because we know they did still have Brazilian big enough for backs or sides in '70.
