Have a Custom Shop Guild 12 Fret slope shoulder sunburst
Has Adirondack red spruce top and solid mahogany B&S.
This guitar is absolute mint in everyway!
Will trade for high quality Martin, Guild, Gibson
that has a rosewood back and sides.
I prefer the sound of rosewood now in my old age!!
PM me for questions or interest.
Charlie

Would possibly sell for the right offer!

Ice,
I have a 1965 Gibson B-25 six string acoustic finished in "cherry burst"with case in very good condition. These guitars are currently selling for between $2400 and $3800 (check reverb.com).

Would you be interested in trading your Orpheum and some cash for this Gibson guitar?

If so, I can send some pictures of the B-25 (also known as a LG-2 for earlier models).
Thanks for your time.

Ice,
After reviewing your post again, I realized you might not be interested in a mahogany body guitar. This 1965 Gibson B-25 is mahogany with a spruce top and rosewood fingerboard.
I might be able to purchase your Orpheum outright without any trade.
Please let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks for your time.

Good luck with the sale/trade, Iceman. That is a very beautiful guitar.

Just to weigh in a bit, I would consider Doc Hanson's trade. That JF-100 is a fabulous guitar. If you don't already have a rosewood jumbo, I guarantee you won't be disappointed with a JF-100. If I had my druthers, I'd still have one or both of my F-50R guitars from the past. But, the JF-100 is the top of the heap.

Is the JF-100 Guild's top of the line acoustic? I think it is definitely one of them.
