Practice - for me - is even more powerful when you stop looking at the neck and visualize the chord changes in your mind palace.
There are some seriously talented kids out there! I disovered this New Zealand family band when they liked liked one of my YouTube videos.

While the old adage says "Practice makes perfect", it was improved many years ago by Roger Neilson, who coached in the National Hockey League.
He said, Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect."
And there is a world of difference between the two.
