Tom helped me snag a pretty nice D25, he also inspected it and with just a little action lowering this should be a beauty, no re-set needed, and lots of saddle there. about 20 years old.... thus the mystery of its appearance in his abode....One more example of the trust and integrity that can be found on this forum....not necessarily every time, but generally there is a lot of trust and co-operation between members...especially among the 'enablers' club which I proudly sponsored Tom into....it might reside there a little longer, as we have to work out a case situation, but no biggie....so kudos to Tom... :D Steffan

It's dry here? Really?

I checked for signs of dryness and it seems okay. The guy I got it from had pictures of it next to a humidifier and he does have a vintage (don't ask me what that means... it's 40 years old) Gibson so I'm ASSUMING he knows how to take care of a guitar. It's sitting in my humidified living room with my other three guitars.... so it's not lonely. Once it gets up north I'm sure Steffan will have ample humidity for it to drink in.

Thanks to all for the nice words and kudos. I'm happy to do it to further the Guild cause.

Keep the faith, folks!! :D
