Not exactly. The tailpiece is different and no pickup switch on the bass side:

George's guitar is the earlier incarnation without the pickup switch and with the earlier tailpiece. The Electro II followed Gibson's ES350, evolution-wise.

The pic Parker posted is the last step before the model got renamed as the Country Club

I never seen the video nor did I pay very much attention to The Traveling Wilbury’s but seeing Roy’s guitar in the rocking chair with his picture on the table sends chills down my spine. As I would imagine this video was shortly after his passing.
