Hi everyone. I have officially joined the 6-string Guild club!
I just bought a T-100; anxiously awaiting its arrival, which should be late this week or early next week. I've read that the Starfire II and T-100 have the same dimensions and the photographic evidence I've seen seems to agree.
Now, mine doesn't come with a hard case, but I'd like to have one for it. It doesn't necessarily have to be an official Guild, perfectly fitted T-100 case. I'm just looking for something affordable (as you all know by now, I'm almost always broke) that will protect my new baby. I've found one possible option already:

think it would fit? that one is essentially a normal es-335 case...
Any insights or opinions are greatly appreciated!
Also, if you have an old beat up (but functional) one laying around, that you don't use, let me know what your price is

The waist on T-100's are thicker than an es335. I have a Saga dreadnaught case (thanks Don!) that fits pretty well except you'll need to rig up a filler pad to put underneath the guitar.

Thanks for the response default! What does the "Saga" part mean? Do you think any normal dread case would fit it (with the addition of a filler pad)?

Saga is the brand name and dkl can get one for you. I'll have to see if I can find the invoice. It's not a flight case, but it will keep the T-100 safe.

Hey mellow,

I have an Epiphone case that provides a snug fit. I think it was originally for a Dot or Casino. Try a local Epi dealer. Gotta post a pic now.

i'd heard that they fit in ES style cases.... either way, maybe i'll just wait for it to get here and then go out and buy one. Also, what about ibanez artcore cases?
rest assured, once I have it I'll have my brother bring over his camera and I'll take some pictures for you guys

I think the Artcore dimensions are different. The ones I've played are either full-bodied like a big Gibson jazz box or smaller like a George Benson GB-10. The one you're looking at will probably fit since the lower bout on a Starfire is 16.25".
