Does the fret board look like it's taking a dive?

So far I only see neck reset.

Can you take a pic from a lower bout edge on the same plane, shot to include up the neck/fretboard?

Dave2 is right about useful analysis of the geometry, but I'm still seeing the need for a good ol' fashion neck reset. You can figure 4-600 bucks and negotiate off that, but then you may have a long wait to find and employ the right luthier.

If the belly is protruding excessively, you'll want to have your inspection mirror on hand to see if braces are coming unglued.

We'll just spoke with Seller and he let on that he replaced the jack to try and minimize hum in pick up....which didn't work

Think I'll just stay home and eat some homemade breadIMG_20230204_160017446.jpg

Well, nothing is conclusive here. That saddle is super tall, but I also see the fretboard take a dive towards the soundhole. I'm wondering if the truss rod is over tightened? However much you want to lower the action at the 12th you have to take double that off the bottom of the saddle. Not sure on this. It sure is pretty. I love these, too!!

I think that's probably a wise choice. I could never get past that non-round sound hole anyway....
Fits my playing style perfectly....the odd shape that is.

I'd add a few more things and make it a full antipasto affair. :)
Well this is my last week of glutenous behavior. I always go on a diet after the Super bowl.

I'll abide by your directive!
