... I bought a Gretsch.

Should be here next week, then I decide whether it or the X170T goes. I really love the look and feel of the X170T, but it just doesn't jangle the way I need it to. I bought a set of gold TV Jones for it, but don't want to hack up the wiring, so I just bought the damn Gretsch.

Hey - I resemble that remark!

They're gold TV Jones Classics in English mounts with black rings. Perfect for the X170 with gold parts.

GAD, i've got a green Setzer, its heavier than my guilds and not as lively because of the trestle bracing but overall a very nice instrument with a great great neck. You wont be dissapointed.
