Wanted: Guild D-25 black finish

Putting some feelers out: I'm looking for a black D-25. Westerly model with large headstock and ideally original Grover Rotomatic tuners. So this would make it a c. early-mid-'80s model, I assume. FAT, full-profile neck. No neck/action issues. Doesn't have to look new by any means, but no cracks or structural issues.

Local pick-up only it looks like, might be able to find someone close willing to pickup and ship.

Yes, I'm talking to the seller about this. He listed it with no case originally, so I'm seeing if that can be worked out. Thanks.

Update: Seller is being very odd in details and responses. Lists PayPal as a payment option but will not accept it; only wants a postal money order. Also says he doesn't understand questions about neck profile/shape. :?

This is just a little frustrating...

Yeah, that sounds somewhat odd. The add states cash on pickup, wonder why they show paypal and won't accept it...hmmm. I always wonder how anyone can say a guitar is well cared for and has no issues when they can't answer basic questions. Would definitely ask for good clear photo's of the saddle and of the side of the neck showing the string height at the 12th fret.

I passed on it. Said he would ship it through UPS Store, then changed his mind. Said a case was not included, then said it was optional, now has "no case" shown again.

Bad mojo. The search continues.

There is a black D25 at Guitar Center for $300. For that price, it might be whipped or a Corona, but even so it's a bargain.
