Uploading images?

What's the best way? I use Photoshop and I have an .ftp site... but it looks like I can upload my pics to this site itself. How to, anybody?

Barb,

There was a rumour circulated pics could be uploaded directly from your PC files to the site. So far I've heard of no one successfully doing it.

Most here are using Photobucket.

Waiting with anticipation for your pics.

Barb,

Use the Img function in the tool bar above. Place the Img command where you want the pictures to show up in the text & paste the pics URL (address) inside the brackets.

Viola !!! imbedded pics. Play around with the space bar to get the feel of where the system places the pics. Photo posting learning curve for some of us has been a long & crooked road.

Oh yes, almost forgot, nice pics, I particularly like the fretboard markers here.

I don't think we want to get into that. Over at the Gretsch Discussion Pages, they've been having pretty severe service problems that seem to stem from hosting pictures on the forum server itself. It would be better just to photobucket our pictures and link to them for performance and bandwidth issues.

That is a feature here, but I have it disabled for all but myself & the moderators for the very reasons Default noted.
