And I always thought it was a hopeless mess of awholelottanotesplayedreallyfast until it got to the mutated restatement of the melody (~3:25 in the song). But that's why there's a lot of different music out there.

Don't get me wrong, I like the song a lot. I thought the follow up, Love Rears it's Ugly Head was better.

I understand what you mean, Rocky. The beginning of that, and really, for a while of it, it is a mash of blur and fastness. I also really dig his coming out of that back into a redux of melody. It's almost like he realizes what happened and then brilliantly salvages the effort LOL.
