I've had this book for a quite sometime and just noticed this inside the cover.
Is this a signed copy or does everyone have this on the inside cover.

They are not all signed. Some are even personalized!

The one I recently acquired isn't signed nor personalized, unfortunately. It is brand new, though.

Oh and does anyone know what model Guitar was used for the headstock on the cover?
I would guess a very late 60's or 1970/71 F-50. But that's difficult for me to pinpoint it exactly to the model or year just from a headstock. The position of the inlays tells something (similar to mid 70ies) as does the TRC (I believe from around 1971 onwards plastic). So maybe Hans can correct me.

Did the old X-500s have the wide fret wire, GG? I, too, always assumed it was an old F-50. My old "Cap" ('67 F-50R) had frets like that. And, yeah, the TRC is late '60s, I think.
