The D35 (Doc) arrived in excellent condition, got a strap button added, and has already been gigged with to rousing approval. Now I'm waiting for one of you to ask who was playing it at the time.

And it was me :D :D :D :D[/quote]

Congratulations Tony......Seems like only yesterday you were trying to learn an F Chord, or do you play everything in A or G these days. hmmmm. Steffan

My Old Crow Medicine Show ensemble class had our end of session concert last Wednesday at a little bar. We tied in with 6 other classes, so we had about 100 family and friends in the audience, all jammed in the back room. No mics, no nothing, but it was way cool. Doc made me sound pretty good. 7 in the class, but only 4 showed, 2 gits, and 2 banjos. Crowd was getting maybe a bit tired of gentle fiddle tunes. We closed the show and raised a nice ruckus. 3 tunes ( Fall On My Knees, Next Go Round, Greasy Coat). I even sang a verse here and there. There was a Downs Syndrome guy there that was in the Jug Band class. He pulled out his spoons when we kicked of Greasy Coat and was lettin' 'er rip, so I went down and pulled him up on stage with us. He really was fantastic.

After all it is Philadelphia's Human Rights, Equal Rights, Gay Rights Week celebration. Anything for sale? Please no nuts though.

I promised the spousal unit to trim down to four Guilds so I think I'll keep two 12ers and two 6ers. No hurry to do so, but I'll probably list the F-40 , the DV-52, and the G312 sometime this year.

Just trying to be a bit more practical, Chaz. I find myself playing only one at a time anymore...
