Clear pickguard on a sunburst Carved? Brilliant! Congrats Rob and way to go Tom for keeping that one in the family., and Zelja for enabling. Another big win for Team LTG.

Can't go wrong with a guitar pre-owned by Fixit.... congrats!
I too, fell victim to the "carved attraction" syndrome (more to come about it shortly as a matter of fact) 8)

 This event has indeed been foretold by Prophets and Soothsayers alike! Now it has come to fruition!

    John, you crack me up mate, but on a serious note Thanks for encouraging me to pursue
what was a dream and now is reality. The carved one rules all other six strings that have come before it.
I`ve never played a guitar that feels so good in my hands, I`m actually exploring/playing a lot of new riffs and
pulling off licks that I didn`t think I could. It`s magic !

Congratulations Hagmeat and Fixit for keeping it in the LTG family!

Hagmeat - Sounds like you are experiencing the power of a vintage S-100 (Carved)! More power to ya!

Woo-hoo!

I could have used the exact same words when I got my S300 a few weeks back :D Congrats for the great purchase and a big thank you to Thunderface and Fixit for the amazing restoration and photo display! These kinds of threads make me smile :)

See Rob? I told you I could keep a secret!

Welcome to the club, and good one on ya mate!

(But remember - there are riffs you can pull off on a post-'75 that don't work so well on a pre-'75. Just sayin.' Maybe you need a STABLE of vintage S-100's. Whatya say, wanna be a cool kid?

Thanks mate, but I think that will do me for a while (unless I want a divorce). I`m not much of a shredder anyway.
The Guilds I have can handle the type of riffs I`m playing these days. (Serpent Throne, Clutch, The Sword, Sabbs, Pentagram)

Trudat. But you don't need a reason to collect more, other than they're S-100's.

(oops......yeah......that whole divorce thing. Never mind.)
