The absence of latches plus the outside zippered pocket makes me think this is a "case cover" over a HSC. The Guild logo suggests it is official or licensed or a flagrant violation of trademarks.

It's what they're using for their F1512s -- I had one.

For the F2512s, you get a very heavily padded soft case.

Polyfoam cases are great for travel. They're lighter, you can wear them as backpacks, and I've not had any problems taking them on planes. The airlines will almost always make you check hardshell cases.

They can be protective and lightweight, but make sure the outer fabric is pretty strong. I had one for a Washburn Traveler, and it was great, but I imagined that if I actually traveled with it, the fabric would have been done for in short order.
