That is definitely unique. Being a T-100d owner since the 80's (you notice others more when you have one...just like w/ cars) ...I can't say I've ever seen one with the wood grain on the top going side to side....only top to bottom. And the finish seems too glossy for a 60's model. They were typically pretty plain w/ more of a satin finish.

The case has the brass Guild plate. So it appears it is vintage. At least the case. I cannot recall seeing another like this. Very nice guitar.

Here's a theory - the guitar top was replaced, hence the pup switch location and the pickup rings being non-original.

Without seeing the back and sides, it's possible the whole body is non-original, but no way to know.
