Just wanted to post a pic from Friday night's gig of the NAMM Sparkle Bluesbird. Great guitar (although the side markers are nearly invisible in low light!).

Ya mean the checkerboard tolex amp isn't working for you? ;P
I love sparkly guitars-this goes well with my blue flake refin '79 Iceman, light blue big bass boat flake '97 Hamer Cruisebass and my GMP Roxie Bass with blue and green sparkle flame graphic! The holoflake is wild!

Couldn't help but notice the red knob Twin. How does the "Evil Twin" sound when it's dialed down to 25 watts?
This is it: Maverick currently on eBay. Seller sez: "We plugged a guitar in and it sounds ok but none of the amp features were tested" There's no footswitch showing in the auction pics. In the olden days, Guild hard-wired the foot-switch; do not know if this model jacks in but if you don't have a FS you can't test (or use) the 'features' whether they work or not.zulu said:... Couldn't help but notice the Maverick, I think one popped up on the 'bay recently.
Ok ... a distinction of no importance but just turning them down isn't the same as turning them off ... turning them down makes it so you can't hear them ... turning them off makes it so you can't hear them ... :wink:Default said:Effects work without a footswitch. I would guess that neither works, for whatever reason. edit: a Fender fs would be perfect.
