I'm trying to reach Hans Moust as I've heard he has a database of Guild serial numbers. I am trying to buy back the first guitar I ever had; a Guild T100D, serial number 40761.

Check out my quest at http://guildguitars.com/news/guitarist-hunts-for-his-former-guild/

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Rob

Hello Rob,

Yes, I do have a database that contains the info of all the Guild guitars that I've come across and info on instruments that people own and were willing to share with me.
I was already aware of your search, so if I ever hear of the guitar's whereabouts, I will certainly let you know.

Sincerely,

Hans Moust

A hearty welcome to LTG Rob. Glad you made it here!
Your search for that T100D came to our attention here when the article in 'Fretboard' was published a few months ago. Our member "Thunderface' shared it with us all here.
What a great tale, and hopefully, one that has a happy ending.
Hans's database is a great resource, as is the greater LTG community. Folks here have a knack for finding guitars, and being very helpful and supportive. Your case is a special one, and I'm sure folks here will do what they can to help.
Hope that guitar of yours gets back to you someday soon.
All the best, and welcome to LTG. :rugby:

Hi Rob,
Well I think the net is a great place and it will turn up.
Someone will know someone that knows someone who knows someone who knows someone who has it(6 dgerees of separation theory),till it leads to your old guitar.
I hope it works out for you, and less separation than six.
And Welcome back
