They are both Fishman. I spent some time looking for the first generation knobs. Fi s human no longer supplies them. Let me see if I can find some documentation and I'll let you know.

Thank you.
I think I've gone through every knob set on reverb as well as some dude who has a web page claiming he has spare guild knobs and still no joy.

There are different versions of songbirds. We need more information. Either way, Guild probably didn't make the knobs; Fishman probably did.

He said: "I'm looking for the waist knobs for the 1992 Songbird." So they should be those, but also there were obviously different versions!

Those knobs on a Guild D-70 look like the smaller knob on the Songbird:

The knobs Fishman usually supplied with the AGP-2 look different:

So I also found a picture of a Songbird using those original Fishman knobs:

The AGP1 has a stacked pot. I believe it's called a split shaft? I contacted Fishman and they no longer have knobs for this. They may still have them for the 2.
I tried to find my documentation....but could not. There are knobs on Amazon that work. But they are not identical.

Split shaft is the shaft itself having a slot in it in order to use press-on knobs vs solid-shaft which uses a set-screw. The knob-within-a-knob setup is concentric.

What's an AGP-1 ? I only know the AGP-2.

Ralf
I believe the first generation. My memory is awful, but I believe this is the Fishman designation. I usually document everything and save for future reference.

i think they used the same knobs on 80s-90s acoustic/electrics. find a player one of those and source the knobs. then just gut the electronics from that donor acoustic altogether

Damn, sir, thank you, Thank you very much. That was an awful lot of effort.I wasn't expecting anyone to complete homework. I just thought maybe someone knew off the top of their head.
Thanks, again.
