Sold Sold: '96 DV52

Excellent condition and setup. Tall bone saddle plays and sounds as it should. Very thin and hard to notice finish crack on the top (NOT in the spruce, just the finish). I'd like $1300 to me plus shipping, paypal fees. Better yet come see it in Central VA. Insured shipping probably around $100. Really love this guitar but one too many in the stable.

Cleated, stable and hard to notice, but this crack by the soundhole needs mentioning for any potential buyer as well.

That's what I'm thinking. I got all into a newer hd28, and it's awesome, but not a thousand dollar plus awesome over the DV.

Happy TDay folks! Well the HD is gone, the DV still here. In the meantime a beautiful Huss and Dalton fell into my lap while I was sitting on the cash from the Martin sale...just couldn't resist. Custom TDM with thermocured Adi top from 2017 but that's another story. So I'm back to moving the DV52 along. Really prefer not to ship but will, I'm just south of Richmond, VA. One note, the bone saddle pictured I lowered, too much I think. It's in the case. I replaced it with a compensated bone saddle at the same height as the one show in this thread. Who needs a classic '96 Rosewood Guild?
