Sold **********I'm selling my F212XL due to finances. I purchased it last December without a case, then I found a Guild Jumbo case made by TKL and got that. Not period correct, but it's new, solid and fits the guitar like a glove.
It didn't play well when I got it and I took it to the shop. He replaced the nut and set up the action and got it in his words, "as low as it can go without a neck reset". To me it plays very nicely up and down the neck in concert tuning and I'm s skinny 67 year old who doesn't practice enough.
He did a thorough going over and it's structurally fine. There are a few dings and much finish checking. The picture of the back of the headstock shows a scary looking crack. The luthier says it's just a finish crack and it looks that way to me too.
This guitar sounds wonderful like a Guild hog jumbo should.
Price is $750 shipped with hardshell case to the con. USA.

I've played a number of them....great instruments!

Big jumbo body, nice ebony fretboard and bridge.....pretty much a "Standard" version , (in New Hartford vernacular), of the F-512, (Traditional)….save for the hog body of course.

What pray tell is that other 12'er hanging on the wall to the left????

Still available. I think the price is pretty darn good.
Let me know if you have any concerns, it is a wonderful guitar you won’t be disappointed.

So far just listed here. No big rush. I'll notify in this thread if I decide to cast a wider net.

I had one of these and they are great 12 strings. huge sound, big...
i would nab it but the lower bout is tough on shoulder, that is the only thing. great price point too.

good luck with sale. if you are an aggressive strummer and want high volume output, this is the 12 string.
