Real nice portrait.
Please tell me about the middle Guild. Is it an M40?
And I've played some of the Guild Classicals and was very impressed.

hey , that are really kind replies, I already like it up here. I’m impressed by all that vintage guitars! .About the middle one, yeah it’s the M40E made in The USA . Bought it a few months ago. it plays so easy and has that beautiful sound. Love it. I have a few other guitars , not Guild, maybe next time ... if that is allowed and... not feels like trespassing :) .greetings from the Netherlands.

Hello fellow European, and welcome! As you can see, there is a category "other gear", so don't hesitate to post everything guitar related! The main interest is on Guilds, but I think many of us are not monogamous when it comes to guitars

Okko - thanks for clarifying the M40.
I have a particular fondness of small Guilds and that is a really nice one. We love all gear here so please feel free to share whatever.

Thanx Ruedi, i Will certainly do that , maybe I have a guitar that you guys call vintage ... it’s an old Hagstrom...I will post some pictures soon. Maybe someone of LTG can tell me if it is a special one ... or not:). Bought it from my brother in law many years ago...

Welcome aboard Okko!
I'm curious about the one on the left. D50ce? New Hartford? (Looks like an abalone ring in the rosette, and looks a little too dark on the sides for a D40ce?)
:)

Hey no, it‘s a Chinese made D150 CE . Plays very well though .... according to Ralfs’ serial number research is she or he🤔😊(do guitars have a sex?) built in 2018. Googled your guitars. Beautiful ... didn’t know that Guild had Corona 😀 thanx For your reply!1FE7A310-1765-4EB2-B714-7869A126771A.jpeg

Oh, forgot they made those!

And yes guitars have a sex although many previous attempts at breeding Guilds by leaving them alone together in a room have proved unsuccessful thus far.

It would help if a guitar's sex was readily ascertained. "Richie", my D40, is often mistaken for a male. But no, she's my #3 wife.

And why is it we tend to think of our favorite implements in feminine terms? Cars and ships for example. 😀

Googled your guitars. Beautiful ... didn’t know that Guild had Corona 😀 thanx For your reply!
Ah, I like it! And thanks yourself!

If you care to hear the D25 in action, with all due humility I'll direct you to this link:

Sounds. For me European not English raised ‘kaaskop’ , as a genuine native USA blues that we try to copy over and over, but never succeed. Thanx ! Maybe someday I’ll dare putting something up here...
