For you rockers out there, I recommend Slash's new CD. He plays with several different singers, a lot like the Santana albums of several years ago, which I thought were very cool. I'm not a huge Guns and Roses or Velvet Revolver fan, but I always liked his guitar style, and this CD really showcases it. You get a real feel for his guitar playing. No sign of his Guild 12 string, or even his Crossroads, but he doesn't list individual guitars on the liner notes, so who knows!?

Thanks for the tip, Walrus. I'll have to check it out. I've always liked his style as well, and even have one of his signature Epiphone Les Paul guitars that came out a couple of years ago. I didn't buy it because he plays one, but because it has the same Seymour Duncan pickups as the Gibson version at a fraction of the price. Plus I figured it was one of the best Epiphones, save for the now-discontinued Elitist line, that they made, and plays as good as it looks. The guitar on top is a Michael Kelly Hourglass with a spalted maple top.

No signs of his 6 strings JF-30 too? I recall he should own at least three of them, plus the 12 strings, I've a pic of his collection in another book (about Flying Vs, he also owns a '58 and he was playing that one, while the other guitars were in the backgorund) and he seemed to be quite obsessed by these guitars during the G'n'R era, so I wonder if he still uses them.
