Six-way push-pull switch plate for x350/375

Greetings!

Any expert views on repairs, servicing, replacement options for those cool-looking control plates? I own two X-350 and one X-375 and I also have a couple of pre-GIbson Epiphone Zephyr Emperor Regent.
Anyone seen spare ones for sale? I have been looking in vain.

LTG member John Kidder has one of those on a fixer-upper
x350 that he got recently. Either he or his luthier may have done some cleaning on it.

I also believe that one of our Ex-Westerly LTGers, Hideglue, retained a bag of switch buttons for the 6 button selector. He may be able to help in restoring that part of the switch.
