LTGers, I'm thinning the herd a bit, using Reverb. A few guitars have sold already but there are some sweet guitars still waiting for a new home. I hope you find my asking prices to be in line with established valuations.

There's a super-clean vintage D-30, here: https://reverb.com/item/5013204-1988-guild-d-30

And my Orpheum, here: https://reverb.com/item/5031003-2013-guild-orpheum

My Reverb account will take a credit card or Paypal for payment, but I can make other arrangements for solid LTGers. PM me here if you'd rather work outside of Reverb.

My Reverb account requires using Paypal for payment.....

As an alternative, Reverb will accept a credit card for you - like paypal - for a fee slightly less than paypal. I think they call it "direct checkout." I've had a couple buyers use that instead of paypal. Works fine.

Thanks, Cougar. I was aware of that but had just not updated my "shop" on Reverb. It's changed, now, and I edited my original post.

Nice pics!

Thanks! I had a heck of a time photographing the Orpheum. Super glossy and sunburst on the back, sides, top, neck, and even the sides of the headstock.

Good move. Yeah, might as well. It widens the market a bit (to people without paypal accounts). Costs about the same -- just slightly less than paypal. Reverb does take a few days to deposit your money, but it does show up eventually!

Congrats Dave! Both are great looking... making room for something else or just feeling (as I did) that too many guitars were sitting around? :)

Nothing on the horizon, just having a rare moment of mental clarity. I find myself playing one or two electrics and one or two acoustics. The rest are closet queens.

That D30 looked fantastic, congrats on sale! And that Orpheum, wow. I thought it was a Gibson AJ at first glance.

Yeah. kinda looks Gibson because Ren Ferguson based the design on the old Roy Smeck model from the 30s. But the Orpheum sounds better than most Gibsons I've heard and the build quality is incredible.

Hello is your orpheum still up for sale? Thank you. I am new to this site, own a number of vintage guilds

Yes. Still have it. I'm "negotiating" a few other offers on Reverb, so it may not be available much longer.

And welcome to LTG!
