I sold some stuff I wasn't using lately, and the extra dough gave that old Guild fever again. Found this beauty on Ebay Germany, and I got a great deal, I think. It's a Westerly made model, shame about the bigsby, but I'm getting the original with it. Can't wait to start pickinq' it. Does anyone know the approx. weight on these babies ? I love lightweight hollowbodies, makes me want to play them all day...

Wow, sweet deal, and a pre-Corona one too! If Guilds get any cheaper, they're gonna start giving them away soon!

Hello caveman,

These X-160s are not exactly light. They're not too bad though. I guess it just depends on what you're used to.

Sincerely,

Thanks Hans. I was thinking in that direction. Hope it'll be lighter than my Gibson ES 295 reissue (that might be sold if I dig the X160), but it can never be as light as my '59 T100D.
