The Roland Micro cube is a tiny little amp that can run on either AC power or six AA batteries. I was never a fan of modeling amps, but this tiny two-watt solid state modeling amp really surprised me...

I've got a little Roland AC60........one day will get the AC90. Cool little amps. The Cube appears to be a pretty novel idea.

Yes, great shot!

I have the Roland Mobile Cube. Same basic thing but has two smaller speakers, stereo aux ins and stuff. I always use the aa batteries. I could almost gig with it as the places we play are very quiet venues. In fact, Sun morning at the coffee shop I just used an unmic'd acoustic.

I use it mostly to play CD's from my compact personal CD player out loud. But sometimes I put it on a dentist drill channel and scream some Blues with my Strat at low rpms.
