Are the US made JF 30's the same quality no matter which plant they were built or is the Rode Island guitar better than the one make in California???Help Help
Consensus seems to be that the Tacoma mades are close to Westerly , & the Coronas , while somewhat hit or miss, can be as good also, you just need to be sure you try before you buy. But I'm no expert; I just read a lot.
Me too, West  She sure is pretty. Nice flame, and I'm always a sucker for a good-looking 'burst!
From what I've gathered right here on this forum, the Corona built Guild owners are very happy with their acquisitions. In fact, they are probably undervalued. Even the factory seconds that came from there are reported to be nice guitars, and at least they are identified as such.
The Corona built Guilds are probably undervalued, but that is a factor to consider when you buy. In most cases, you should be able to find a CA built Guild for less than one built in RI (assuming condition is around the same). This obviously won't matter if you get a good one & are not planning to re-sell it, but it's a consideration before you buy if you might unload it one day.
