Hello, I am new to this group so please excuse me if this is the wrong place to be asking for advice. I recently bought a used CV-1 on E-Bay. It is not a second, it is a 2006 model and is in perfect condition. The guitar sounds excellent to my ears. I recieved the guitar with no pickguard installed as the listing had pictured it. I guess pickguards are optional because there wasn't one in the case as I was expecting there would be. I E-mailed Fender asking how to aquire the correct pickguard for a 2006 CV-1 and was told they will not sell to consumers. I hate that companys do that. Anyway, I am looking for advice as to where I would be able to purchase the correct pickguard for a 2006 CV-1.

You'll soon discover that there is no wrong place to post something. The mods and the Admin may not like it and they're the ones that came up with all of the "categories" so we let them sort 'em. Post wherever you like, we'll find you. :mrgreen:
There are some members that are also Guild reps so hopefully they will weigh in and assist you, otherwise someone else will suggest something off the top of their head that also may work.
