Recycling plastic peghead cover

Is it possible to remove the Guild chester (McKinley Morgan) field plastic peghead overlay from one guitar and put it on another? This assumes, of course, that both pegheads are the same size with the same post hole pattern.

Soitenly. I have a good neck with a bad overlay, and a bad neck with a good overlay.

Is it possible to buy an old plastic overlay?
