REALLY nice F-50R on eBAY

I'm posting this as a new topic to alert LTGers to this guitar, which I personally played on a few occasions and have commented on before on this forum. I can vouch for this guitar, which I had assumed to have been a Tacoma issue, but evidently is a "custom shop" Corona. If anybody is looking for an F-50R, I'd suggest taking a gander.
I've bought a couple of Guilds from this shop, but have no interest in it otherwise.

Was there really a 'custom shop' in Corona? I thought Corona was a short-lived production facility squeezed between Westerly and Tacoma operations?

The only "custom shop" operation for Guild that I'm aware of was in Nashville. I don't know if it overlapped with Westerly or not. I think Fender itself may have a "custom shop" in the Corona facility, but no -- I think you've got it right, Scratch, at least as far as Guild guitars are concerned.
