Damn son, you're averaging a Guild a month since you joined. Nice! That's how GAS'ing is done!
I've actually been averaging at least one guitar a month since December 2008, which is both exciting
and obscene
at the same time. The Guilds have been the latest and greatest affliction to my disease, and I have been moving others to make these fit into the collection. This one just kind of fell into place, another one of those "will you consider shipping to ...?" questions that resulted in another guitar. Maybe if I stop asking that question, I'll stop winding up with another guitar.
I'm not so sure about the hot pink DR Extra-Life strings, but otherwise the latest is in very good shape, from the case inward. There's some wear on the front edge (towards the neck) of the bridge pickup, some playing wear on the front and some scratches and buckle rash on the back. I'm liking the Black Sparkle finish, although I have to admit this was rattling around in my head when I considering buying this black sparkle X-82.

There's a lot of cool Guild electrics form the '80's ... I really want a "Black Sparkle" one though to match my X-79's.
Should he find this one Grotworthy, perhaps an arrangement can be reached?
