Dropped into the GC in Syracuse yesterday.
Saw it unlatched on the wall.

Pretty...very pretty. I don't remember it looking so awkward as in the picture here...seemed more balanced between the upper and lower bout.
Some think Gibson makes the best burst, some, like I, think NH Guild did. This gives Guild a good run in the burst department
This was pretty. Sounded pretty darned good too.
Very comfortable, very elegant finishes, love the back binding and the sound...loud, full, resonant etc etc.
Used, 2018, $1,000 less than new.
Pondered..gosh pretty guitar....sounds nice...should I? Should I? I can sell the F-512 case queen or the F-412 case queen.
So I gets home and pulls out my Orpheum 12 fret Orchestra.
Very comfortable, very elegant finishes, love the back binding and the sound?????
No contest. Guild wins hands down. And I don't even want to admit how old the strings are.
My Orpheum is pretty...very pretty. Sounds pretty darned good too.
If it were a burst I'd be the happiest man in the world.
Mine looks like this:

Chalk up one win for the good, (Guild), guys.
