Sorry i took so long to reply, i've been having problems with my account.
No, not recently, i bought it off a fellow Aussie from Adelaide about 6 months ago. Actually, i traded it for a Rivera Clubster amp.(Fantastic amp!!).
It was a real find. Around 4 years ago i bought my first Bluesbird and fell in love with it, despite all it's issues. Had a problem with the nut, then Fender Australia changed it, but it was never quite right. A year ago i found another which was light and the best player of the 3, but not as sexy as this one as it had a very wide grained quilt top, and only looked great on an angle, but head on, it was rather plain, still awesome though. Then enter this gem, almost in new condition, no fret wear, slightly heavier than the last one, and almost as nice to play, 99% there. Sound wise it is the best of the 3. Looks, well the pics say it all i think. A buddy of mine emailed me back after i uploaded the pics and described it as pure guitar porn! All i need now is a P90 model. AHHHH

Now that's what i call a sexy red!! I am partial to brunettes, but blondes and reds are sexy too! Wait, we're still talking guitars right? It's funny, cause i love a woman with serious curves and a full bottom, that's probably what drew me to the Bluesbird, it's a little wider than most, with a fat bottom (..make the rocking world go round!)
