I just returned from the Philly Guitar Show on Saturday.

I brought along a Guild GAD JF30 that I've had for a few years and never really bonded with. I was open to trades or selling out-right. I ended up trading for a 1996 Guild JF30-12 in sunburst. The JF30 is pretty much mint and sounds like a grand piano (or Hammond B3). It had dead strings on it when I demo'd it and it still sounded fantastic. I restrung it last night and it now kills!!

If I can figure out how to post photos, perhaps I'll shoot a few photos of the new baby along with the rest of the family and post them here. My Guild collection now includes:

D55 (blonde)
D30 (blonde)
D30 (sunburst)
D25-12 (blonde)
JF30-12 (sunburst)
1961 A50 (sunburst) made in Hoboken

The dealer I got this from is New Hope Guitars. They specialize in Guilds and had plenty to choose from. Check their web site here:

Short answer to posting is get an account at an image hosting site, such as Picasa, up load the pictures there and then use the Img button here. Insert a link to the photo in the tags. Long answer is available too. Looking forward to pixs.

Jay of New Hope checks in here once in a while. He's usually the first answer when people ask about finding parts.
