Painting help!

I’ve just done a re-spray and I wet sanded the body smooth with 1000 grit. It has left some white streaks in the finish. Will these go away with the spraying of the clear or do I need to spray another base coat layer?

There’s an easy way to test. Swipe the streaks with some mineral spirits. If they go away, then they will go away in the clear. However, I’m betting you’ll need another color coat.
