OM-140ce or others?

I'm looking for an OM type guitar as my every day, plunking on the couch guitar - something in the $500-$600 range. I live in a rural area, so it's hard to do a test drive, so I'm depending on internet research. So far, these 3 seem to float my boat - Guild OM-140CE, PRS Angelus se, and Seagull Maritime Concert. The only thing I've heard negative on the Guild was a complaint that the action had to be high to avoid buzzing - any OM-140 owners want to chime in? Any other thoughts would be welcome!

Haven't played any of them, so this is a general statement.

Fret buzz could be from a number of things, guitar drying out, too low a saddle, or fretboard issues being the most common. i doubt that this is common to the OM-140CE design in general.
