Are these any good?

I was looking at a 70s mk2. What is the going rate for one in decent shape?

Yes they are good if you can deal with the wider neck and nylon strings. Prices are all over the map but I'll start by saying you will probably get change from $500.

I think silverfox103 (Tom)is at least one member to consult.
He has 4 of 'em (albeit all Mk V's and VI's)and has sold that many besides.
Lotta experience there.
