You gotta' love the Batman riff and Pretty Woman in the midst of all that.

Doyle is just amazing. He came to Worcester a couple of years ago and I was in awe. Taylor is SO lucky to have this guy; truly the ambassador of the acoustic guitar. We are very lucky he decided to bail on the electric guitar years ago...

There are so many cool Doyle Dykes videos, it's hard to pick one, but this is "one" of my favorites. I get to see him in Linden in a few weeks.....I NEVER miss Doyle.

That's cool, West. Is that a big venue? I really enjoyed watching him do his thing in Worcester at Union Music, which is a small room for about 100 people. When I saw him last, he was touring with his daughter, who played a few mandolin pieces.

Here's a link Chaz. Linden in Don Henley's hometown and he has had much to do with the establishment of the place. It's right the other side of the catfish and the steak place for us............east out state highway 155. :) The hall holds about 400.

He was at Union Music in Worcester on Tuesday night, excellent show.

Be forewarned however, he plays A LOT of stuff in alternate tunings.

Tuesday, he had two Taylor DDSM's and an R Taylor 12-string with him...and an
old "partcaster." He just started playing some Chet-stuff on a DDSM and then said
"I can't play that on this..." and had his tele handed to him. Sweet!

  Wouldn't much matter what tuning he was in Bill, I could never hold a candle to ANYTHING Doyle does! After having seen him play about 5 times, I've got a pretty good general idea of what to expect. :)
