I sold my Osthoff, in my opinion, nice guitar with amazing build features but the sound it made did not impress me. I have been looking and this hit my Radar a few weeks ago. It is from a vey accomplished but not main stream Luthier. Because of that I got a stupid deal on what is an incredible guitar… looks, sound and playability. So selling the Osthoff for what I had in it, allowed me to acquire a very nice Guild D-140 and this… an Andrew Enns is Sitka over some beautiful African Paudauk. Ebony finger board and bridge. It is slightly larger than an OM. It is a 2020 build and also a one of one…. Andrew was the Master Builder on the Cordoba Master series of classical guitars. During that time he met the Larrivee’s and Mr Guild Ferguson. They helped him on his journey of building a steel string guitar. Andrew had been building electric guitars for awhile. No idea how many acoustics he made but from what I can find, not very many. Andrew, currently is the senior designer and luthier for Yamaha’s custom guitar shop. Building exclusively for performing artists. Now to the guitar porn I hope you enjoy the pics.
